How much fiber per day should I be getting?

Free tip Free tip. . .Try 15 grams of psysillium fiber 2 x day and if you bloat or get constipated you will need further testing to see what the source of dysbiosis is. Our ancestors easily exceeded 100 grams daily!! I try to get my clients to get to 60 grams daily. WAY more beneficial than counting calories! Your carb cravings will quickly vanish and if things are healing then your craving for meat will go up and if the carnivore instincts don't come roaring back it is a sign of a thiamin and zinc deficiency.
