The antibiotic could lead to dysbiosis, to counteract this use Pro-Flora. Antibiotics kill good and bad bacteria just like weed killer kills the bad weeds and the the green lush Pro-Flora will re-seed your gut and this will enhance your immune sytem. 3 Pro-Flora 2 hours before AND after each serving of anti-biotic. Probiotics will work best 15 min. after eating (stomach acid-HCL-destroys probiotics). Food poisoning or diarreia wouldl call for a different strand called S.B.1.0. 120 additional days of Pro-Flora after antibiotics is wise. 1 after breakfast and 3 after last meal. Fast way to heal!!!
B vitamins are dependent on adequate amounts of gut flora; need to increase B vitamins for the same 4 month period after antibiotics. PLEASE NOTE: Some antibiotics are notorious for causing tendon ruptures. Bad news for general public, HORRIBLE news for athletes - could lead to a career ending tendon rupture. Cipro and Levaquin are notorious for tendon ruptures.
